1What KOI does
KOI lists products from global brands. When you place an order, KOI purchases the item from the brand on your behalf, arranges international shipping, and delivers it to the address you provide in Nigeria.
2Pricing and payment
All prices are shown and charged in Nigerian naira. The price you pay at checkout covers the product cost and currency conversion. International delivery is quoted separately after KOI packages and measures the item. Payment is processed by Paystack, and your order is only confirmed once payment is verified.
3Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 days from payment, depending on the brand and destination. Delays can occur due to customs, international shipping, or vendor availability.
4Order accuracy
Please make sure your delivery details (name, address, phone, size, colour) are correct before paying — KOI purchases the exact item and size you select.
